2.2   A superposition state is a physical superposition of a physical state. Wrong.

“Quantum state” is a misnomer. It is not a (physical) state. It is a (mathematical) property. It is a system property (of a physical variable) of an experimental-setup design.

“State” and “property” have identical meanings except that:

State is physical. It exists in physical time. In other words, a system's state changes with time.

Property is mathematical. It is timeless. In other words, a system's property does not change. (If you insist on changing a system's property, that system will become, actually, another system.)

For example, “having two wheels” is a bicycle’s property; but the speed is a state, not a property of that bicycle.

In the phrase “superposition state”, the word “superposition” is also a misnomer.

A superposition state is not of physical waves, nor of physical states. Instead, it is a superposition of physical meanings of some variables in a physical system.

機遇創生論 1.4

你只能控制因，不能控制果。事情結果，除了受你的因以外，還受千百萬樣其他因素影響。所以，人生的大目標之中，很多也只有極細的成功機會率。

你唯一可以做的，就是透過嘗試掌握，最多的自然定律（道理）和具體資訊（世情／情報），去把成功的機會率，稍為提高一點。但記住，只可以提高一點，不會很多。

或者說，從來沒有必定成功的途徑，只有保證失敗的方法。而保證失敗的主要方法有：

  1. 不懂道理

  2. 懂道理但缺乏足夠情報

刪除必敗之道，就有成功之機。

這個大統一理論的成員，包括（但不止於）：

完備知識論

自由決定論

它們可以大統一的成因，在於它們除了各個自成一國外，還可以合體理解和應用。

而道理和情報之中，較為常用的，有「反白論」和「間書原理」。

「反白論」的意思是，現時的地球人間，極多的情況下，名義與實情都是相反的。

反白論 ～ 名實時常相反論

例如，真正的有利健康的食品，例如蘋果，你不會刻意標籤它，為「健康食品」。市面上，刻意標籤為「健康食品」的，通常也是人工製品，營養價値不及水果高，有時甚至有害。

又例如，小學畢業和中學畢業時，紀念冊也會寫「友誼永固」，正正是友誼不會永固，通常。長大後，仍然有聯絡的兒時同學，極端接近零。從來沒有「石頭永固」的口號，因為，石頭本身就永固。

再例如，通常國家名越長，包含越多形容詞，那個國家就越危險。國名中的形容詞，往往正正就是，那個國家沒有的東西。

又再例如，為什麼結婚時會「山盟海誓」？

正正是因為愛情關係，可說是眾多感情關係中，最不可靠的一種；正正是因為誓詞中的承諾，很多人也不能達到。不信的話，你可以查看，離婚率的高低。

又再又例如，

我認為，對我們來說，一個人，一個黨，一個軍隊，或者一個學校，如若不被敵人反對，那就不好了，那一定是同敵人同流合污了。如若被敵人反對，那就好了，那就證明我們同敵人劃清界線了。如若敵人起勁地反對我們，把我們說得一塌糊塗，一無是處，那就更好了，那就證明我們不但同敵人劃清了界線，而且證明我們的工作是很有成績的了。

「反白論」的應用在於，掌握以後，大大減少了，你被世人欺騙得到的比例。

而更上一層樓話，你更可以反世人之言而行。例如，你選擇工作時，再不會為了一個職位的名氣大而選它，因為「名氣大」通常代表「收入少」或者「不快樂」。否則，為什麼一份工作需要用「名氣大」作賣點呢？

你不會再考慮，一份工作的名氣大小。反而，你會先考慮其短期收入和長遠收入，再考慮自己的興趣。

無錯。上司時常無故出現的公司，不會是效率高的公司。那正正就是老子講法的一個反例。

最佳的領袖，就是那些人民不覺其存在的領袖，因為最佳的領袖，會令到這個社會，無災無難。既然是無災無難，人民就自然不會察覺，其領袖的存在，亦不會察覺，其領袖需要存在。所以，人民反而會以為，這個領袖好像無所作業，可有可無。

正如壞醫生沒有能力，或者沒有意願，一次過醫好你，令你時常要去光顧他。換句話說，他會時常在你的世界出現。但是，好醫生有能力，亦有意願，一次過醫好你，令你短期內，也毋須再去光顧他。換而言之，他極少會在你的世界出現。那樣，你就自然不會察覺，他的重要性；甚至，你直情忘記了，他的存在。

一般人也以為，「無災無難」是自然現象。他們以為，萬事不作，就自動萬事大吉。實情是，這個世界，因為天災人禍，是一個地獄。「有災有難」，才是自然現象，才是預設狀態。

如果你不覺得這世界是個地獄，那是因為有很多人，包括你自己，為你提供了一些保護罩。例如，「上班」就是「滅災滅難」的工序之一。雖然，上班十分辛苦，但是，如果不上班，你就要捱餓，更加辛苦。

「無事發生」，就即是「無災無難」。「無災無難」，近乎是一個奇蹟。所以，單單是「無事發生」本身，就要領袖，以至是全體的大部分人民，十分刻意、十分艱苦的經營。

老子的《道德經》之中提到，最佳的領袖，就是那些人民不覺其存在的領袖。人民反而會以為，這個領袖好像無所作業，可有可無。

（安：我現在的上司，就沒有這個智慧。我上司很刻意地，要下屬知道他的存在，繼而再顯示自己的存在價值。

我上司的管理方法，就是 Joel Spolsky 所講的「hit and run micromanagement」。「Hit and run」的原本意思是，駕車撞到人後，不顧而去；學名叫做「肇事逃逸」。

把我上司的管理方法，如果真是「方法」的話，比喻成「肇事逃逸」的原因是：

他有太多下屬，所以他其實不太知道，下屬正在執行的工序是什麼。即使知，也不會知其詳情。所以，他為下屬工作所出的主意，通常也有害無利，只會打亂下屬的工作流程，干擾公司的正常運作。

但是，他自己是不會知道那些惡果的，因為，他下了令後，就立刻走到另一組下屬的工作單位，繼續故亂下令。

從任何一個下屬的角度看，我上司就是「肇事逃逸」—— 他一時衝動，下了一些不經大腦的指令後，立刻不顧而去，導致引發一片混亂，傷亡慘重。）

受威脅招聘法

我看過一篇有關電腦界創業的文章。

大部人僱主，或者招聘部人員，也不敢聘請才華太出眾的應徵者，因為怕自己在公司的地位，受到威脅。而最高級的僱主，即是之前所講的「大甲等人」，就偏偏逆此趨勢而行。

「大甲等人」的招聘哲學是，凡是才智未高到，足以威脅到（招聘者）自己地位的應徵者，都不會考慮。換句話說，「大甲等人」只會聘請，有機會威脅到自己的應徵者。

後果是，公司越來越強大。

學派

一生的時間很短暫，不足夠寫，所有寫得出，而又對人很有用的文章。所以，我正在思考，如何解決這個問題。其實，應該可以解決，不算是什麼大問題。

（安：用李生的方法，先將最核心的東西寫出來。）

無錯。就是用這個方法。

（安：那樣，自然有後人，發展那些核心東西的技術細節。漸漸地，甚至演變成一個學派。）

然後，根據「假名定律」，你會發現，那個學派中的大部分意見，也不是我原本的學說。「失真」和「僭建」的情況，會十分嚴重。

（安：經濟學家張五常先生提過，有一篇經濟論文指出，凱恩斯（John Maynard Keynes）的經濟理論，和「凱恩斯學派」的經濟理論，不盡相同，雖然整個學派是以「凱恩斯」來命名。）

那不算出奇，因為有很多類似的現象，例如，甘地講過：

又例如，「機會率」有兩大學派，「頻率學派」和「貝葉斯學派」。「貝葉斯學派」雖然以數學家貝葉斯（Thomas Bayes）來命名，但是，貝葉斯並不算是，「貝葉斯學派的成員」（Bayesian），因為，「貝葉斯學派」中有很多理論，例如，「貝葉斯學派」對「機會率」的詮釋，也不是貝葉斯本人的意見。
