Sometimes, you may have already taken an action (or had feelings) before making the decision of that action. The illusion of deciding is created in order to “make up a story”.

Just like inside a dream, the dream story is based on the body feelings. The brain creates a story which is compatible to the body feelings, although it seems that what happen in the story create those feelings.
