記住：閱讀題目時，先間底重要的字眼（underlining the keywords）。通常每組重要字眼，都會對應一條公式。

這一題（1995-CE-PHY II-4）的重要字眼是「starts from rest」（由靜止開始）和「moves with uniform acceleration」（均勻加速）。下面三個圖中，那些是正確的？

題目提到「uniform acceleration」，即是暗示了，你需要用那些 kinematic equations（運動學方程）。

而「starts from rest」，即是初速 u = 0 。那三條 kinematic equations 就可以簡化為：

$v = at$

$s = \frac{1}{2} a t^2$

$v^2 = 2 a s$

由於 $v = at$ ， v 和 t 都是一次方，所以「v–t 圖」是直線。圖 (1) 是正確的。

由於 $s = \frac{1}{2} a t^2$ ，即是 $[s]^1 = \frac{1}{2} a [t^2]^1$ ， $[s]^1$ 和 $[t^2]^1$ 都是一次方，所以「 $s-t^2$ 圖」是直線。圖 (2) 是正確的。

同理，只要用公式 $v^2 = 2 a s$ ，就可以知道，圖 (3) 都是正確的。
