Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.’ We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

那時,大眾才發現互聯網的存在(the public discovery of the Internet)。
Paul Graham

My answer is that you would be a truly free person. You would be forever liberated from the tyranny of others’ opinions, from self-doubt, from the fear of life and the fear of death, and from the demands of time.
Instead, you would be free to enjoy life as it is and to find fulfillment and joy in helping others.

Have you ever noticed that when animals are let out of cages, they don’t always realize at first that the door’s open? Often they have to be poked with a stick to get them out. Something similar happened with blogs. People could have been publishing online in 1995, and yet blogging has only really taken off in the last couple years. … it just took eight years for everyone to realize the cage was open.

我說過 the least of multiple evils (眾害取最輕) 中的 the least (最輕之害)有時不是零,有時可以零。

The Road Ahead.
