重點是「要完成事情」，而不是「要避免自己擔心」。
（LWT：如果自己繼續擔心的話，不會影響工作表現，和溫習進度的嗎？）
人腦的特性是，當它在想一樣東西時，就不會想其他東西。所謂的「分心」，並不是指「同時間在思考兩樣東西」，而是指「本來應該思考甲時，你卻去了思考乙」。
（LWT：你的意思是，只要專注投入工作，大腦就自然沒有閒暇，去作無謂的擔心？）
