例如,我年輕時,讀純數學時,就擔心物理;讀物理時,就擔心應用數學;如些類推。

(LWT:正是!我就是這樣的。那就不要理會,自己的感受…… 但是,我仍然會一路擔心下去。)

重點是「要完成事情」,而不是「要避免自己擔心」。

(LWT:如果自己繼續擔心的話,不會影響工作表現,和溫習進度的嗎?)

人腦的特性是,當它在想一樣東西時,就不會想其他東西。所謂的「分心」,並不是指「同時間在思考兩樣東西」,而是指「本來應該思考甲時,你卻去了思考乙」。

(LWT:你的意思是,只要專注投入工作,大腦就自然沒有閒暇,去作無謂的擔心?)
