In theoretical physics, general covariance (also known as diffeomorphism covariance or general invariance) is the invariance of the form of physical laws under arbitrary differentiable coordinate transformations. （安：每逢有災難發生，政府部門 或 公共機構 就會做很多補救措施，防止同類災難再次發生。既然有「補救措施」可以做，那就即是，如果那些措施在原本的災難前，就已經做好的話，原本的災難根本不用發生。那為何要等到災難發生後，才開始做呢？）
因為大部人沒有抽象思維的能力。大部分人只會意識到眼前所見。不是直接看到的事情，例如將來可能發生的災難，他們不會花心神去想去處理。
我所謂「抽象思維」的能力，其中一個重點是，「看未來」要好像「看現在」那麼真實。
